Purchase Options, Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy governs how you can cancel or modify orders placed through our Purchase Options on the PowerCUBE Gummies store. “Purchase Options” include: (a) one-time purchases, (b) pre-orders, and (c) subscriptions (recurring deliveries).
Read this alongside our Terms of Service, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Time Zone and Processing
All times are Australia/Melbourne (AEST/AEDT). Cut-offs are measured against the timestamp shown on your order confirmation or the “Next charge” time displayed in your account/subscription portal. Fulfilment is largely automated; once an order enters fulfilment, cancellation may not be possible.
3. One-Time Purchases
3.1 Before fulfilment begins
You may request cancellation any time before the order status changes to “Preparing to ship,” “Fulfilled,” or similar. If approved, we will cancel and issue a refund to the original payment method.
3.2 After fulfilment has begun or the order has shipped
Cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery or submit a return per our Refund & Returns Policy. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by the ACL or where the issue is our error.
4. Pre-Orders
4.1 Before “Ready to Ship” notice
You may cancel a pre-order any time before we notify you that dispatch is imminent (e.g., “Ready to Ship” or similar). We will refund the pre-order amount to the original payment method.
4.2 After “Ready to Ship” or once shipped
Cancellation may not be possible. You can initiate a return after delivery where eligible under our Refund & Returns Policy.
4.3 Material changes or delays
If a significant delay or material change occurs (for example, product availability or formulation), we will notify you and offer the choice to continue, modify, or cancel for a full refund.
5. Subscriptions (Recurring Deliveries)
5.1 Managing your subscription
You can cancel, pause, skip, or update address/payment via the “Manage Subscription” link in your order emails or by logging in to your account. If you need assistance, email support@powercube.au.
5.2 Cancellation cut-off
To avoid the next renewal charge and shipment, complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the “Next charge” time shown in your subscription portal (Australia/Melbourne time).
5.3 Cancellations after renewal
If you cancel after a renewal is processed, the cancellation applies to future cycles. The current cycle will ship as scheduled. ACL remedies for faulty goods still apply.
5.4 Pausing or skipping
You may pause your plan or skip an upcoming order before the cut-off. Requests after the cut-off apply from the next cycle.
5.5 Updating address or payment
Submit updates before the cut-off to take effect for the next shipment. Changes after the cut-off may apply to the following cycle.
5.6 Price or terms changes
We may update subscription pricing or terms from time to time. We will provide notice in advance; continuing your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
5.7 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you to update your payment method. We may suspend or cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.
5.8 Minimum term
The subscription has a minimum term of three months. This equals the initial order plus two monthly renewals. You may submit a cancellation at any time, but it will take effect at the end of the minimum term unless the ACL requires otherwise.
5.9 Renewal frequency and billing date
Subscriptions renew every month on the same calendar day as the initial order. If a month does not include that day, the renewal occurs on the last day of that month. The 24 hour cut off in clause 5.2 applies to avoid the next renewal.
6. How to Cancel or Modify
6.1 Self-service
Use the “Manage Subscription” link or your account portal to cancel, pause, skip, or edit details.
6.2 Email request
Email support@powercube.au with subject line “Cancellation Request” and include:
• Order number or subscription ID
• Full name and the email used at checkout
• Requested action (cancel, pause, skip, change details)
Your request is effective when we send a confirmation email.
7. Refunds After Cancellation
Approved cancellations that are eligible for a refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Shipping fees and duties are not refundable unless required by law or where the issue is our error.
8. Amazon FBA and Carrier Constraints
Once released to fulfilment (Amazon FBA or other partners), orders move through automated steps. At that point, cancellation is typically unavailable, and you should use our returns process after delivery where eligible.
9. Discounts, Trials, Gift Cards, and Payment Plans
Discount codes applied to cancelled orders are not reinstated automatically and may no longer be valid. Free trials roll into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the cut-off. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. If you used instalments/financing (e.g., Shop Pay Installments), any refund will route through that provider and timing is subject to their policies.
10. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback with your card issuer, our ability to issue a direct refund may be limited. We will work with the payment provider to resolve the dispute.
11. ACL Rights and Exceptions
Your ACL rights apply in addition to this policy. For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund and, in some cases, compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor failures, we will repair, replace, or refund at our option, consistent with the ACL.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised policy will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
